Heidi Kringelum started Busypeople.dk in September 2005, to help busy people spend more time on what really matters in their life.

The concept of Busypeople.dk came to Heidi Kringelum after she considered for several years to follow her burning desire to experience life as an independent business woman.

Lifestyle management is a service known abroad where companies, particularly in England in the United States, help busy people in their everyday life. In Denmark, Heidi Kringelum introduced the concept and Busypeople.dk is so far the only serious company in the market.

During many years of leading a hectic life, Heidi Kringelum herself realised what it is like to be so busy that you had to give less priority to the important things in life such as your partner, your family and friends, in order to be able to manage work and life at the same time. This was the inspiration behind Busypeople.dk, which works like a pressure valve and allows busy people to realise the importance of outsourcing some of their everyday trivial tasks.

Heidi Kringelum is 40 years old and was originally trained as a receptionist. For many years she worked as a salesperson and a team leader in the tobacco industry, in wholesale, in beauty products and in telecommunications. Heidi Kringelum was trained in negotiation techniques, sales psychology, image building and presentation skills.
